  3. 1) Fixed bug which caused MNET to lockup when MESSAGES.DAT file
  4.    contained in QWK being processed reached 4.1 megs in length.
  5.  
  6. 2) Improved handling of messages which had more than one full 128-byte
  7.    record filled with padding spaces at the end.
  8.  
  9. 3) Added new MNETCFG.EXE utility to semi-automate creation of 
  10.    configuration files used by MNET.
